Rules Of The Game
001. Respect. In any storyline disrespect is a cause of concern. It leads to problems and drama that is unnecessary. Here at Days of Destiny our first and most important rule is that you respect the members.
002. Cross Roleplay. If you've ever roleplayed you should know by now that this is a major no-no. Crossing IC feelings into OOC or OOC into IC is not tolerated. If we find out this has occurred there will be repercussions.
003. Limits. The character limit is three. Two original characters and one canon character with special permission. First character must be an original.
004. God Moding & Moding. Moding is forcing actions upon another, refusing to take hits, or controlling another characters. God Moding is much the same except your character is all-powerful, all-seeing, all-knowing, and invincible to boot. Any display of this will be handled. We do not accept nor tolerate such, and any respectable roleplayer knows that this is wrong.
005. Death. Plots that pertain to death are to be ran by the administrators beforehand. Violence is allowed if both participants agree. Yet it must be handled, and played realistically in a mature fashion. If we find out that such is not agreed upon by both parties involved then there will be repercussions.
006. Creativity. Creative freedom is always good in any storyline. We ask that you play with everyone, whether your character likes them or not, and interact in areas even if you don't think your character would. In roleplay I've met players who say my characters won't go into this place or that place, because it's not them. Yet, in my experience, having your character go into such a place is more interesting than you'd ever expect.
007. Turn Based. Fighting, amongst other things, will be turn based. Please respect that.
008. Final Fantasy Eight. We do not ask that you have played the game, though that would be useful, but that you at least have some knowledge. There are resources out there such as a Final Fantasy wiki. Please read the information found on the forum and if you have any questions- ask them! We do not bite. Also, please stick to the theme of the game. Thanks. Secret word is Sphinxaur.
009. Rating. This board is rated M for Mature. Cursing is allowed, though not at unnecessary levels(aka every 3rd word shouldn't be one!), and some sexual content though not in detail and not excessively. That stuff- we just don't need to know. Thanks.

001. Please register with your character's First and Last Name.
002. Avatars are 100x100. No bigger. Please make sure to in your profile under the box to insert your avatar url that you set the numbers from 65 to the appropriate size for your avatar.
003. Signatures are to not stretch the boards. Though we'd prefer them not to be 500 in height necessarily. Sometimes a huge pic like that can be aggravating especially in a situation of repeated posts! However, 500x500 is the max.
